How do I submit a warranty claim?

1. Visit the ThirtyTwo US Online Warranty Claim form.
2. Enter your order number and email, phone, or zip code used to place the order.
3. Select the item you want to submit a warranty claim for and choose “Warranty claim” as the reason.
4. Provide a brief description of the issue.
5. Upload 3 clear photos of the defective product:
   • 1 full product photo
   • 3 close-ups of the defect
6. Submit the form. You will receive an RMA number and instructions from our customer service team.

Note: Warranty requests must include the required photos to be processed.
