How can I return my order?

To return your order, follow these steps:

1. Visit the ThirtyTwo US Return Request Form

2. Enter your order number and the email, phone, or zip code used to place the order, then click continue.

   Note: Returns cannot be processed without an order number.

3. Select the item(s) you want to return using the slider next to the product. Choose the refund option, select the reason for the return, and include any additional notes, then click continue.

4. Select the FedEx prepaid shipping label option and click continue.

   Note: If you ship without the provided label, return shipping costs will not be refunded.

5. You will receive an email with an RMA number, shipping label, and additional instructions to complete your return.

6. Print the FedEx shipping label, affix it securely to your shipment, then drop off at a local FedEx location.
