Shipping process
Orders are processed immediately and shipped within 24-48 business hours from our warehouse in the United States (Located in Las Vegas, Nevada).
Shipping days: Monday to Friday.
We ship via:
Ground (FedEx Ground / UPS Ground or DHL/ USPS) for all US addresses.
No overnight or next-day shipping methods are available, even for expedited requests.
Delivery time depends on your location—typically 3 – 12 business days for Ground Shipping. Please note these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery times.

We currently ship to domestic United States addresses only.
We cannot ship to international destinations or third-party freight forwarders under any circumstances.

Ground Shipping is free for US orders over $100.

How long will it take until my order is delivered?
Once your order is placed, the 1–2-day packaging and picking timeline begins. After this, orders with ship via Ground.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment confirmation.
Can I ship my order to a military address or P.O. box?
Military (APO/FPO) and P.O. Box addresses are not supported. Orders to these addresses are refused.
